I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I had an amazing experience with the customer service both before and after my purchase. Samantha was very responsive to my emails and provided me with excellent support. I ordered the black Onthego giant tote and was pleasantly surprised to receive a free round zip wallet of 19 cm along with it. The quality of the products is impressive and looks like genuine leather. I put my stuff in the bag and it has a perfect balance, while the hardware is solid metal. I received my bag very quickly and Tracy even sent me pictures of the bag before shipping which made me feel satisfied and assured.

Genuine review! They are gorgeous. They arrived earlier than expected and I was also impressed with the beautiful packaging. They’re made very durable and good quality. Everything was perfect. I will definitely use this vendor in the future. Honestly I am very picky with buying anything replica but this was just a bag for my partner to take with her to the park etc. Honestly, having seen the genuine one in person and then receiving this, I would be hard pressed to find any difference, maybe the leather swing tag but you wouldnt leave that on anyway. All the zips, clips, tags and shoulder strap all are perfectly branded. Having saved over 1100 by getting this I would say its well worth it snd would buy it 100x over. I was a little nervous to order several bags of different brands, but after reading lots of amazing reviews and seeing pictures of the real thing in the comments, I went for it. Focus on today Gucci Supreme bag, I love it! The logo and everything are on point , and it seems like a nice material. It even came in a Gucci supreme bag, My only complaint is that it did take several weeks to arrive, but it was much sooner than the estimated delivery date.
